Worst Service

I lay-byed a mattress at the White River branch on the 13th of April 2025 and paid off the balance a week later. I was informed that the mattress would be delivered in the same week and that the driver would contact me. I waited and no deliver. I visited the store to follow up and was told that the mattress is out of stock but they would be receiving stock the next week. I waited and waited and nothing...It is now a month later and still no delivery. I have also requested for a refund and was informed it will take 21 days which is ridiculous. I'm now stuck and cannot purchase at another store because sleepmasters has decided to keep my money. This is the worst customer service I have ever received.
