Worst service

The worst company to buy from..we bought a Restonic Bazaruto King size bed 3 months ago and in the 2nd month it was already sagging,lodged a complaint with Sleepmaster Mokopane,received a reference number and that was it.Complaint was lodged on 28/06/2021 and today we receive a call that they are coming to deliver a bed,nobody made follow ups regarding the complaint and what really was the problem with the bed,whether i want to exchange or get a different brand or not.A Very Unproffessional Supervisor By the name of MAGGIE TSEBE who lacks telephone etiquacy grabs the phone from the delivery guy who was confirming the delivery address and starts speaking with my parent like she is speaking to a 15 year old,i gave her apiece of me,she needs to learn how to speak to people and not like she is in the loo especially with an elderly person.I need someone from Sleepmasters to contact me asap before i drive to the warehouse to sort it out myself..

I do not and will not appreciate how she spoke to my mom..Never
