Worst Online Service

Sleepmasters online is a *****. We bought a sealy king size extra bed. A week and a half later past the delivery date we were told the bed is not there and we must choose something else via email. We asked for a refund and we are still waiting. There is no telephonic communication, only email which they seldom reply to. It's the worst.
