Worst Mattress vs Worst After Sales Service

I bought a Restonic Bali Bed from Sleepmaster in November with Black Friday Specials.

This was a Sunday. The bed was Delivered on the Tuesday. The first night of sleeping on the bed, it already made dents.

I reported this immediately. After having to submit the pictures of the issue to various people over and over, they informed me that my bed will be exchanged.

Twice the drivers went to the complete incorrect address. I have no idea where they got hold of that address.

Then they would rock up without notice in the middle of the day when no one is home.

Needless to say it is almost 2 months down the line and my mattress has still not been exchanged.

At this stage I dont know which is worse, the quality of this Restonic bed, or the after sales service of Sleepmaster
