Worst Incompetency at Sleepmasters

I bought a bed from Sleepmasters Alberton in 2019,within 5months it caved in,they replaced it after 2 months.The new bed they brought also caved in within 3months.They wanted me to pay a warranty fee which i refused and they gave me a credit to purchase a different brand.I paid the difference and 6 days later i received a delivery sms and 5days later no bed has been delivered.This is the most *********** group of people to deal with,from their head office,customer services,rep,and the store manager is the worst.
