Worst experience ever at Sleep Masters

The sleepmasters branch is so horrible, i went there looking to buy a bed i ask the manager what can i do to be able to purchase a bed but have them keeping it for me she advised me to make the purchase but leave some amount to settle it upon pick and so i paid R5000 with R900 being the balance, a week later i come for the bed they told me they sold the bed i ask them whats next they telling they dont have stock they dont want to give me money so can buy another bed, they telling me it takes day till today as we speak i dont have the bed, i dont have my money i called the head office they said i must wait another 24 hours, Sleep masters Verulam is the worst branch ever
