Worst custormer service ever!infact they dont even deserve the one star rating.

Had a complaint regarding a bed i purchased from them. The bed is still under warranty so they agreed to exchange. I was asked to pay a warranty fee which i did , 3 months later i still haven't received the replacement bed. Store managers keep giving me the run around, custormer service never responds to emails.Help desk promised to attend the matter. Honestly i regret purchasing from sleepmasters.
