Worst bed shop it’s a ****

I bought a bed in April 2024 for R5000 for my two kids aged 10 and 2 .the bed is already sagging contacted the store they say thy will resolve it no follow ups have been made.apparently must wait for somebody from head office to contact me and send pics it’s been three weeks
