WORST BED SHOP

NO STARS!!! I have been trying to exchange a bed since March this year and i still don't have a new bed. They finally collected the old bed this week but now i don't have a bed to sleep on and they still can't tell me when the replacement will arrive. The service is the worst I have ever come across, the branch manager has no customer service enthusiasm whatsoever, doesn't reply to mails, never in the shop when you call in. Don't ever buy a bed from here. I am pregnant, have no bed to sleep on and there is not one ounce of care from them or urgency.
