Had the worst service at sleepmaster

We bought a bed by them the bed only lasted 2werks an then the springs started giving in we went back to sleepmaster to tell them the bed is giving in since the bed has n one year warranty the store manager in Bethlehem put up a big fight saying this is the first time the bed does this long story short they don't want to give us our money back so we can go look at another bedstore for a bed and they want us to take another bed which is R7000 and we dont have that type of money just laying around the store manager said sbe can give us our money back but only in 7 working days and mind you we have to give them their bed back immediately and then wait 7days for our money and according to my research clients of sleepmaster waits up to 2 months for their money

So sleepmaster is one of the worst companies i have ever bought anything from would not advice anyonento support that franchise at all they bad with their service

The regional manger feels a **** he even had the never to say we can bring our lawyers an take them to the newspapers he doesnt care at all they the worst place ever

And all i want is my money back
