Worst Bed Company Sleepmasters

The absolute worst service you can think of. We purchased a Restonic bed from the and have only had issues from day one we have a 10y mattress guarantee on it and have changed it out 3 times already. We now have requested a replacement brand and do not want to purchase another Restonic so in short we were told to pay a warranty fee and we would be credited for the Restonic that we did. After paying the fee we were told that our credit will be loaded and we can com choose a different brand and pay the difference if need be....we are now in week 3 of waiting on the credit to be finalized every time we call it is either systems offline or power is out or some useless excuse i have had enough how can it be such a massive issue just to create my credit after i paid the warranty as per your immediate request absolutely livid with Sleep masters and i will warn anyone who wants to buy a bed from them
