Worse service and staff! NO GO Store!

I am beyond livid! I received my bed and headboard with 2 pedestals on Sunday from sleepmasters promenade mall. There were no hooks to tighten the headboard and the driver says he would come around later with the hooks and tighten the headboard. The supported the headboard with the mattress when he left. I hadn’t slept on it because I fear that the headboard might fall on our heads . The driver didn’t come back and no communication was made with me. I took Monday off work and called the store at 10:00 informing asking if he’s to please bring the hooks. I was told the hooks would be delivered at 16:30 and still no driver arrived. I went to work today and was told to phone a neighbour to receive the hooks . I asked my neighbours to keep an eye out for them and still no hooks! No call no message from sleep masters. I am going home now from work and still won’t be able to sleep in my bed . I am sick to my stomach with your service 😭. I am even at a point of returning the whole damn order! Everytime I call and the ladies answer I keep hearing “Oh it’s the hooks customer” and hand the phone to a gentleman called Simphiwe! I regret buying from sleepmasters! The service is terrible and the staff is ***********!
