Worse Client service

I have never experienced such a horrible service from this company, I have ordered a bed on the 29th of December hoping to get it delivered with 2 to 5 working days mentioned on their site but today it's the 17th of January I'm still waiting. I have sent through emails and complaints also calling them but the feedback I'm receiving is they are waiting for warehouse. They do not communicate anything with me about the delay or if there is any stock or not available. I asked for a refund but they haven't even contacted me about my banking details. I'm so annoyed and angry I just simply want my money back. These people don't care about Client service at all, it's just nonsense. I have 5 incidents but they don't care to even call me back. What a horrible experience!!!! I just need my money back so I can get my new bed its almost a month now.
