Where's my refund ?

I'm so disappointed by the service its appalling thats that I constantly need to go to Sleepmasters to ask my money which was meant to be deposited back in July its now been 5 months and no one is attempting to make contact with me all they keep saying is that this happens and they need to wait on HO what must I do? Because the only reason they came to owing is because I returned a bed which was too big for my bedroom anyway long story short I've been waiting for my refund as I have a credit now of R500 5 months waiting on an amount that was meant to be returned with 14 days and every single time its the same excuse " its not only you " I just want my money I thought I was going to make more purchases but with this service oh no , both my kids bought beds around the same time as I but with the refund issue its making me doubt the trust in this company why isn't anyone doing something ?
