Where is my order

Purchased a bed on 26 March online. I was advised would be delivered on 01 April 26. No delivery was attempted called the call centre was advised order still at warehouse they will send a ticket. Also raised a complaint through facebook was told would be delivered on the 13th April my order is still not delivered even now. The order is still stuck on the same scanner that it’s waiting to be picked from the warehouse. This is the worst online shopping experience ever.
