What can I say - Absolutely Pathetic

Long stry very short

1. Bought a bed from Sleep Master Secunda

2. Damaged was seen on the base when opening the plastic and reported

3. No new stock was available and so I had to wait 4 - 6 weeks for another base

4. Eventually another base was sent from another store only to see that the base was 10 x more damaged than the previous one before even removing the plastic. I slept with my mattress on the floor just so that I didn't have to remove the plastic as evidence of the damage. I reported it again!

5. No stock was available again! I decided to exchange the bed just to buy a more expensive brand for which I waited at least 3 weeks for.

6. The money already paid for on the first bed should have been transferred to the second and new bed as agreed upon as a deposit which was NEVER DONE.

7. I now pay full price of the second bed where as I already paid R6000 on the first bed

8. They still charged me admin fee for the second bed as well

9. I have brought this up with top management more than one just to hear that I can return the bed for a refund ( R1400 ) just for admin fee What kind of service is that?
