Waiting on my refund

<p>The 31st May i went to the store to concel a lay-buy of a bed, an requested my cash back of r1900...they requested for my bank statement and said my money will be on my bank acc in 7days. Its now been 3 weeks and im still waiting fot my money, ive been calling the store but im told a story after story by diffrent people. The head office people are not answering the phones . I want my money ! Spoken to Phiwe at the store .</p>
