Vryheid Branch

I bought a bed in December 2020, when the bed was delivered I realised that the is only 3 holes for bed legs. I went to the shop to inform them about the factory fault they promise to log the complain on my behalf but since then no one ever phoned me to change the base. Since from December 21st while I was informed that the is insurance and 1 year warrant, I am real not happy the way Vryheid branch dealt with my case
