VERY VERY VERY POOR SERVICE

Absolutely SHOCKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And then the call centre lady has the audacity of laughing at me because I said I feel that I am being ****med as I do not receive feedback regarding a complaint submitted on Wednesday. And that I want to speak to a manager.

This is very poor treatment, after paying a high amount for purchase!!!!
