Very very poor after market service.

I am waiting for 18 months for my warranty claim to be sorted ,very very poor after market service ,you purchase the bed from Sleepmasters and they then refer you to their suppliers when it comes to a warranty claim and then the suppliers for eg,Restonic doesn't reply to your messages or even get back to you. I don't advise anyone to purchase from Sleepmasters because they don't honour their warranties.
