Very poor service from Sleepmasters and Serta

I ordered a Serta Athena double bed set on 2/12/2025 online at Sleepmasters. It was delivered on 15/12/2025. The base was damaged on several places, material was torn. The base was wrapped in plastic, so one could only notice the damage after they opened it. We reported it immediately, the delivery guy and I both took pictures, he spoke to Sleepmasters while at our house and made notes on his delivery documents. We had to send pictures again on 30 /12/2025 and have spent so many hours on phone calls, whatsapp messages.... with zero results. It is 2 months later and the base has not been replaced, not even a courtesy call to explain. The service is pathetic, I would recommend that nobody ever purchase from Sleepmasters and also never from Serta. Seems like the quality is below standard. I called Serta today, could only speak to a very friendly lady in Cape Town as all the other numbers were out of order. Unfortunately, I still do not have any feedback.
