Very poor quality mattress

Poor quality I bought a queen bed for R7000 from sleepmasters in Johannesburg two months ago and i regret it I don't even know what to do with it because i tried to return the bed and they refused. We can't sleep at all the mattress is so painful i don't know weather it's sagging or what 😣 it's affecting shoulders and our back i really don't know why because it is only two months old. I wasted R7000 for this disease 😣😣😣
