Very bad and disgusting service, lies all the way

Sleepmasters service is disgusting, they are so unprofessional, and full of lies. I bought a Bazaruto base and mattress, the bed started sagging in the middle and I was referred to Restonic wherein I was charged R1400.00 for warranty fee which I paid in November 2021 then Restonic gave Sleepmasters authorisation to replace my mattress but to this day they have not replaced it, it is one story after another and they keep lying whenever I ask them how far is the process or when am I getting the mattress and refer me back to Restonic and telling me that they (Restonic) is suppose to replace my mattress but when speaking to Restonic it is clear that they (sleepmasters) are lying taking me for a ride. I just need the mattress to be replaced. I wont advice anyone to buy anything from Sleepmasters
