Useless bed place and there consultants know zero and you get charged additional charges too

On your guys website online store you give an option to lay-bye right which is all very well however not anywhere on your site does it stipulate that you charge an online courier fee which clearly no one knows about not even your consultants for that matter. So my bed costs R6999 WITH FREE DELIVERY!! I pay R1000 deposit so the balance should be R5999 right but then my agreement comes and all of a sudden my balance is R6399. Your consultant 1st says its the delivery charge and I say but it says free delivery then the story changes to because I took it on lay-bye you have to charge me a delivery fee so I say but on your system it does not give me the option to collect as I have a bakkie so i want to collect then the story now is due to it been a large item only your warehouse has stock but i still cant collect it????? I wanted to settle the account today but oh no! I dont know what joke company this is but damn now i must wait 14 days to be refunded my deposit to hell with this i will take this further trust me because you have *********** staff I must suffer we will see about that.
