Unsatisfied customer

I took a laybye now when i went to cancel it they are saying its December it takes longer than their agreed time of which its 2 to 7 days i did contact their head office but they keep on saying they are receiving high call volumes its Sleepmasters Malvern park so i need my money back they dont want to give my money back at Sleepmasters they say its December so in December we not titled to get our monies back
