Unsatisfactory quality

I bought a bed (Restonic Bali Queen size) online from Sleepmasters on the 27th of October 2024. The bed was delivered on the 30th of October 2024. I set the bed up and everything , the moment I slept on it I sensed something is wrong. The bed is making funny squeaky noises and the mattress is sinking on one side. On the first day? No way in HELL!!! I logged a return on the 31st of October 2024. I’ve been waiting since for them to come collect the bed and give me a new one. They keep sending me from pillar to post. It’s as if they want the bed to be messed up so they don’t have to take it bed. Sleepmasters is evil . Evil evil evil.
