Unsatisfactory after service

Their after service is poor and unsatisfactory. I purchased 2 bed sets in mid December. The one mattress had tear and was noticed when goods were accepted. On opening for use the tear was noticed. The branch was notified imm. who called the warehouse. The factory restonic called and advised it is a store issue todate the issue is still unresolved.
