Unresponsive Warranty Claim: Defective Restonic Barbados (Order #***)

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service from Sleepmasters regarding a warranty claim for a Restonic Barbados Firm Bed Set (Double) purchased on 19 November 2023.

I logged a formal repair request on the Sleepmasters website on 29 March 2026 (Order #*** / SKU ***1) and followed up via email, but I have received zero response. The status remains "pending" while I am stuck with an unusable bed.

The issues are severe:

Structural Base Failure: The base was supp**** with only 4 legs and no center support. This design is insufficient for a Double bed, causing the wooden frame to snap and the unit to bow.

Mattress Failure: Because of the base collapse, the mattress integrity is gone. The "Marvelous Middle" has failed, and the internal steel springs are protruding and can be felt through the surface.

This is a clear manufacturing and design defect well within the 10-year warranty period. I have photographic proof of the snapped frame and the sagging mattress.
