Unreliable Dishonest and Deceptive practise with their supplier GS Brands

Please be warned and do yourselves a favour. They don’t even deserve the 1 star. Don’t buy the Queen storage base at Sleepmaster it’s actually a double base. It’s suppose to be a queen base with the dimensions W- 152 L-180 the SKU Product Code: *** but instead W- 143 L- 180. I have been in communication with them since the 6th of December 2024. Today I was told that I should contact the supplier myself because the claim has been rejected. Make that make sense? the suppliers themselves in emails stated that based on the measurements that I provided of the base that it’s a “double bed base” How did it change from that statement to the “ the suppliers couldn’t have sent the wrong unit” I am beyond disappointed and mad because GS Brands is their “Sleepmasters supplier.
