Unreliable. Bed hasn’t arrived.

Don’t expect your delivery as promised within 2-5 working days. I’m on day 7. After 2 emails and a phone call, the bed is still in their warehouse. I’ve been told that a second ticket is opened and they will get back to me on Monday (Day 8). I suspect it would then take another 2-5 days after that??
