Unprofessional staff

I went to to buy a cosy night bishop at pietermaritzburg,assisted by a lady called luyanda,who told me lies that there us a better foam bed,left me to pay and only to tell me the bed is now at bradlows, I have never been so disappointed with a service,very unprofessional,i had to pay twice
