Unprofessional service

I am puzzled at how you have yet not changed the kind of service your stores provide, while you have so many bad reviews.

I am infuriated by the service I received at your Alberton branch. I bought X2 single beds, of which 2 weeks later they were not delivered. I then went back to the store to request a refund, and I bought my beds elsewhere. It's a week later, I have not received my refund, and no one has communicated anything with me.

It seems your sales representative are quick to take money and have poor service delivery.
