Unprofessional. incomplete. ****

No one paying customer deserves this kind of disrespect. I bought my bed cash online on the 27 of July. I paid for the bed which they said their turn around time for it is 14-21 days. Till this day the bed is not delivered. On the 22nd day i asked for a refund which i haven't received feedback back. All i want at this stage is my money back including the delivery fee i paid for.
