UNHAPPY WITH SERVICE AT DLAMINI JUNCTION SLEEPMASTERS

Good day my ref *** on the 11th November i went to Sleepmaster SLM Dlamini Lake View Junction to cancel my layby of a Restonic Bset i made and requested a refund on my R1720 i made .when arrived i find a lady by the name Nhlonga branch manager there .i went without receipts only my cell number as with she was able to access my account she couldn't help as she said if i don't have receipts for proof of payment i made at sleepmasters i must go to police station to make an affidavit to proof that i made layby at sleepmasters well i went back home to collect all slips and avoided to go to police station to make affidavit and went back to her branch manager at dlamini junction Sleepmaster with all receipts and documents needed for refund of which she help me and same day Tuesday the 11th November i got message of cancellation and now waiting for 7days to 14th days for refund .so today 18th November i found out that she didn't submit my request for refund on Tuesday she submitted it on Friday 14th and she didn't even give me portal number that was needed at head office as a ref even though i did ask is anything that i need to have for cancellation and refund she said no,nothing so why head office now wanted portal number that she was supposed to give me.now head office Sleepmaster say my request for refund was made on the 17th November 2025 so i must wait for another 7 to 14 days for my refund of which latest is 5th December 2025 to get my money back.IM NOT HAPPY WITH ALL THE SERVICE I GOT FROM BRANCH MANAGER AT SLEEPMASTERS DLAMINI JUNCTION KLIPSPRUIT SOWETO
