UNHAPPY SLEEPMASTERS CUSTOMER

We bought a RESTONIC BAZARUTO bed at SLEEPMASTERS EAST RAND RETAIL PARK and it was delivered on March and on April bed base was making noise and mattress was torn on the side then we reported the matter and bed was replaced on April then on May again we had the same problem then we reported and we sent pictures and videos as we did last time and our matter was not attended they only called when we wrote a review then they called in the morning, they said they are going to follow up with our complain then we had to call and ask them about the bed everyday then we decided that we don’t want Restonic anymore we want another brand then we went to the shop and we chose another bed which costs more than restonic bazaruto, we added money for another brand then Nonku the lady that was helping us at the shop said she will follow up she only called once just to ask what did they changed last time and she said okay. Till today we are waiting for our bed, this is not fair we are on July now still we haven’t received our bed.
