Unhappy customer

I bought a bed on 13 January 2025. Edblo Zara Bset F 152 SL bed. There was a factory fault with the mattress and only noticed when I got home with the bed, and it was replaced end of February. Hardly 2 weeks of replacing the Mattress it was sagging on the side and went flat it's like was given the old mattress. I then log a complaint with them, they taken me from pillar to post to replace this mattress. It's sagging on the middle of the mattress also now and I always turn the mattress around but no change. it's not even 6 months with the mattress.
