Unhappy and very angry customer

I bought a bed at sleepmasters birch acres on Thursday and they promised to deliver the bed on Friday but they didn’t..On Sunday they called and promised to deliver the bed on Tuesday but they didn’t.Now they telling me that I must come to the shop and pay the delivery fee,why didn’t they take the delivery fee on the day of purchase.And the store manager is veeerrryyy rude.When I ask for my money they telling me about 21 days.Sleepmasters is sooo unreliable with empty promises.When they want you to buy they are very sweet but when it’s time to deliver they become lions.
