Unhappy and Unsatisfied with the product

I purchased a bed at Sleepmaster mall@55 for 7000 including delivery. When i viewed the bed , the bed looked fine in the store but as soon as it was delivered to my house . The bed is very high and makes it extra difficult for me to climb on it. The bed was delivered on the 28 December and on the 29th December I went to the store to tell them and look for a different bed. The store told me that they can’t help me and that there is nothing they can do because the manager was off and they will ask the manager to call me when she returns to work. They also mentioned that I run a risk of not being helped because I chose the bed and I will loose the 7000 paid.

I have not slept on the bed. I then went on to call customer service and they assisted me with a compliant and provided me with a reference number and I was told that I will get a call. No one has called me ever since and they keep saying they will .
