Undelivered Online Purchase/ False Marketing

I ordered two single beds online on the 27th of September 2019, when I made the purchase online it said same day delivery special hence I was prompted to buy but I understood that it could be a day or two.

On making payment online after everything was done and order confirmed said 3 to 10 days delivery. which I also had to takein but I feel there's false marketing. But i was hopeful that probably in 3 days or so they've delivered as it says 3 to 10 days.

I then received an email and sms confirming my order, where there's a link to track order. On following the link says order details can only be updated in 24hrs. which days after still no update.

Today its the 15th of October still no beds, I've called in, used online chat but no assistance. I was told delivery takes 10 working days, so they do false marketing why lie to people cos i really needed the beds urgently its over 3 weeks now. And no one is updating me on the order.

I regret ever buying from the shop and wouldn't advice anyone in the near future to buy from them. They are useless bunch of losers.
