Uncomfortable beds

Bought a bed for R4000 and it state that it is a 7 years guaranteed but since the 2rd year the bed as not been comfortable at all it also has springs coming out ,I thought they sell quality beds but they make sure that we don't get good sleeps with such poor quality beds
