Unattended Complaints and Poor Service Delivery

I bought a bed and appliances at Sleep masters in Shallcross at The Ridge Store in January 2023. I reported that my Bed base is not of quality because the wood inside the base is broken and I noticed that when I was making my bed for the first time. I reported this matter and they kept on asking for pictures of the base, I mean how do you take pictures of the base to prove that the woods are broken because the base is covered and this issue can only be felt and not seen? I explained that and also that I am staying alone and cannot move the bed Mattress alone as it is a queen bed and heavy, they decided to reject my complaint without my knowledge because when I did a follow up they said the complaint was rejected. I let this go because I was drained! 2 months later, the kettle that I bought does not turn off, I reported that it is faulty and they promised to replace the set that I had bought. I have not received that set till today! I have noticed my complaints are not being taken seriously and I am not happy with their service. I was hoping to get more household items from them before all of this but not anymore.. I honestly wouldn’t recommend their service to anyone.
