Unahappy with service received from Sleepmasters

Purchased cushions online in 2018/12,these cushions were out of stock and sleep masters offered to keep me posted and advise me when they have in stock ..Most greatfull that they came back to me....Delivery was going to be arranged though they were unable to provide an exact time and date ...Granted,we understand pressures of today......I still dont have mu cushions since 2018....these were bought on the website ...Contact number provided *** no response,*** no response,*** no response....email sent to sleepmastercustomer *** on 2019/09/01 - no response ..Reference number ***
