Unacceptable Experience with Sleepmasters Beds - Faulty Bed, Poor Service, and Unfair Delivery Charges

I purchased a bed from Sleepmasters Beds at Wonderpark Mall in April 2024 for R4000. The bed was delivered faulty, and despite immediate refusal, I was told to contact the store. After a couple of days, the bed was exchanged.

However, three months later, the base broke, and a hole appeared. I contacted the store again and worked with Portia, the saleslady, to resolve the issue. Despite repeated follow-ups, the problem took time to resolve, and the bed's condition worsened.

A year later, there was a mix-up with the delivery, and I was told to wait for a bed that wasn't mine. I suspect that the fault was never logged correctly.

Early this year, I was advised to add money for a better quality bed, which I did on 7 October, paying R1300 more. Now, I'm being required to pay a delivery fee again, which I find unacceptable after all the inconvenience I've experienced.

*Demand:* I want my bed delivered today or tomorrow without any additional delivery cost.
