Trashy service

I should have read the reviews before purchasing something from them. They delivered something which was not what I expected(ordered online)and I requested for them to collect it right after I received it, and they have been giving me the run around when it’s time to collect it.

I had to cancel my plans twice while waiting for them and they did not bother with sending an update or any notification that they won’t be coming anymore. I’ve mailed Mbali from Pepkor as she’s dealing with my query and she stopped responding to my emails and does not answer calls.

No one knows anything when you call in and it’s really disappointing!!
