Told to go without a bed I.e sleep on the floor

I’ve been waiting 2 months for a replacement mattress because my new one has sunk in so badly! Today I was told they will pick it up to replace it but I’ll have to sleep on the floor till it comes! DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
