Thobeka Mzizi from Arbour crossing sleepmasters is so unprofessional. We purchased a bed from them which turned out to be the worst decision ever. Thobeka claims that as much as she's the store manager, she also needs to report to her managers. She however does not provide feedback at all. We've been requesting a refund for over a month now because this bed is unfortunately, losing shape, and extremely painful. Their quality is bad and we spent so much money. We want a refund and not another bed. They sell bad quality beds for such a high price. It's extremely terrible.
