They took our R8000 and no delivery was made

We bought a bed and headboard on 15 March 2025 and was supposed to be delivered latest by 19 March 2025. To date we had still not received our order. We requested a cancellation and refund, but clearly it was not initiated. We went to the store several times but we did not receive any assistance. Called the customer careline and they turned it into a joke, what they did was to take me from one person to another and said they are escalating it, they refused to tell me the Department which will assist me. This is now over 30 days since the order was place and we still have not received our refund.
