they sold me a poor quality product

they sold me a bed that was faulty first of all I went to the store to report the issue the sent there inspector to come check if my clams were valid , he also agreed that indeed it was the following day they called telling me I must go collect a new bed I get to the store and all the agents gave me the worst attitude I have ever had ,they told me they cant help me and even if the did I must pay for my own transport to bring that **** bed and they wont deliver the new one I must pay for delivery and I can do what I want they don't care till this day no one from the shop or company as a whole contacted me this is what they do ******* customer with **** products and refuse to reimburse them they are just *****'s .
