THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS TERRIBLE

I am struggling more than a year for a credit to be app**** after a terrible product was sold to me. After the credit was app**** i still could not purchase a new product for now, they change the requirements to apply the credit after taking my money as a warranty.
