THE WORST AFTERSALE /COMPLAINT SERVICE

1stly don't buy a bed from sleep Masters, their after sale/ complaints service is the most terrible and their store managers behave like they have shares in the business.. I bought a restonic Barbados bed on 22 May, complaint in store on 10th June and to date they are yet to deal with a matress complaint which is still lying in my house, at this rate it's clear they are waiting for it to get dirty or damaged further so that they will have a reason to repudiate the complaint,, R5600 down the drain and 40 days of the worst sleep sleep in history even though the company has a '31-120 days of sleep happy guarantee' .. Restonic should stop making mattresses and go into brick making because their mattresses are not far off.. Terrible service and a terrible experience overall.
